What is the purpose of admissions tests?

Schools consider many factors when looking at your application for admission. Test scores may be one of those factors. Colleges use these scores to:

  • Predict your academic performance in schools.
  • Determine your qualifications for scholarships.
  • Give you advanced placement or credit for college courses.

Which test should I take?
