Chicano Latino Unidos En Servicio (CLUES)
CLUES new East Side building will be home to St. Paul's first private Latino clinic. HealthEast Care System
will open a bilingual and bicultural clinic in early 2005. It will offer various health services such as
family practice, medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, as well as general adult medicine and
prevention education.
